Oyetola’s aide dares Osun Gov. over 12,000 workers claim


 The Chief Press Secretary to the former Governor of Osun, Ismail Omipidan, has debunked the claim of Osun Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, that immediate past governor employed 12,000 workers as unfounded.

He made this clarification in a statement made available to the press in Osogbo.

He however challenged the Government to publish the list of the purported 12,000 workers.

According to him, “What is the entire workforce of the State? Once a lie is told, you need a one and thousand lies to cover it up. In no distant future, the people of Osun will know who the real liers are.”

Suspected Kidnapper Disguised as Lunatic Arrested in Epe.

Operatives of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC), Epe Command, have arrested a suspected kidnapper who had been disguising as a mentally ill person to evade detection. The suspect, identified as Mr. Godwin, a native of Ughelli Local Government Area in Delta State, had been under close surveillance for over a month following intelligence reports and concerns raised by residents. Community members reported that Mr. Godwin often made suspicious late-night phone calls and changed clothes discreetly each morning. He frequently took shelter in an abandoned security building along Lagos Road, near the T-junction. On May 5, during a routine patrol, officers were informed by residents that the suspect was temporarily absent from the area. Acting swiftly, the patrol team searched the structure and discovered 27 registered SIM cards concealed within a section of a block wall.
