Hon. Tasir Olawale Raji MHR, a federal lawmaker from Epe, has been proclaimed the victor of the recently held house of the representative election, which was held in Epe on February 25, 2023.

At the commission's Epe office, the decision was made public in the presence of party representatives.

The All Progressive Congress (APC) received 19,337 votes. According to the report, while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) received 9,039 votes to finish second.

Rep. Wale Raji thanked God, his family, and party leaders (APC) in a statement to media following the announcement of the results for their ardent support, which helped him achieve yet another historic victory.

He also expressed his gratitude to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC's presidential candidate, for the chance he had been given.

"I want to thank the excellent people of Epe federal Constituency for supporting me and my leadership style. I also want to acknowledge the support of our honorary traditional institutions."

This triumph is tremendous, and we are overjoyed about it.

Rep. Raji enthusiastically praised Epe for their votes cast in the recently held general elections, describing their zeal for effective government as unrivaled.

Rep. Wale Raji asked voters who were unable to cast a ballot on March 25 to make sure they cast a ballot for Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of the All Progressive Congress on March 11 to show that the election process is still ongoing.

In line for our overwhelming support are our House of Assembly candidates, Hon. Abiodun Tobun for Epe constituency 1 and Hon. Ogunkelu Slyvester for Epe constituency 2.

If all of our candidates win, a new era will begin in the Epe federal constituency, according to Rep. Wale Raji.
