AKINLOYE CONGRATULATES SANWO-OLU AND OGUNKELU AMONG OTHERS FOR WINNING THE ELECTION

Thank you to the people of Lagos for supporting the APC.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and his running mate, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, as well as the Epe Constituency II House of Assembly candidate, Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu, and other APC candidates, received congratulations from the Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, on Sunday for their overwhelming victory in the elections on Saturday.

Hon. Akinloye claimed in a statement signed by his chief press secretary, Mr. Jubril Idris, that the accomplishment was a reward for the active campaign the APC candidate and his running mate had launched throughout the entire state.

"Lagosians have spoken loudly and clearly with their ballots, and have overwhelmingly chosen a government they feel will maintain the trajectory of growth that we have known for the last 20 years under the APC."

"Thus, it is with great joy that I congratulate our great party on its overwhelming win yesterday. Again, the people of Lagos have chosen to continue down the path of societal, economic, and infrastructure development."

Akinloye added, "Although I congratulate the Governor-elect, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and his deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, on their well-deserved victory, let me also thank all Lagosians and my very own good people of Eredo LCDA for retaining faith with the APC."

Hon. Akinloye also congratulated the Epe Constituency II candidates of the APC in the state assembly, Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu and others, for emerging victorious, adding that it would ensure a seamless relationship between the executive and legislative arms of government.
