A victory celebration for the All Progressives Congress (APC) was hosted by the executive chairman of the Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Akinloye, who was represented by the vice chairman, Hon. Adesanya Lateef, on Wednesday, 23rd of March 2023, at the council secretariat.


All APC candidates, including Asiwaju Bola Ahmed, Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Sen. Tokunbo Abiru, Rep. Wale Raji, and Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu, were honored at the victory party. 



On behalf of the council boss, the vice chairman, Hon. Adesanya Lateef, congratulated everyone and the community for their overwhelmingly positive support for the APC candidates, saying that the election was fiercely contested in a way that had never before occurred in the history of the nation's democracy. 

"We are still grateful for your bravery."



Adesanya pleaded with the other candidates to team up with the APC to work for Nigerians' overall welfare and benefit, regardless of political, ethnic, religious, age, or gender differences. 


Members of the Victory Party need to be there because of their bravery, boundless vigor, tenacity, and unwavering love for one another.



Adesanya said, "With this resolute march forward into a more vibrant future of opportunities and wholesome and revolutionary development, our country and democracy are richer and stronger together."

Breaking: JAMB releases 2024 UTME results

  The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has released the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME results. Over 1.94 million candidates registered and sat the examination in 118 towns and over 700 centres across the country. The Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede announced the release of the results at a press conference held at the board’s headquarters, Bwari, in Abuja on Monday.
