EREDO LCDA HOLDS 7TH ANNUAL RAMADAN LECTURE





…..Akinloye pledges support for the Muslim community…..


The Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, has reinstated his commitment to support the Muslim community through the local government's facelift of the mosque.

Akinloye, who addressed the gathering today, April 12, 2023, at the 7th annual Ramadan lecture of the Muslim community of the council, which was held under the auspices of the Eredo LCDA section of the Unified Local Government Muslim Staff Association.



The council boss declared that the Muslim community remains an essential component of his administration and that he would make every effort to provide them with a comfortable place to pray.

At the Ramadan lecture, Akinloye also reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of local government employees in general.


He said, "This annual Ramadan lecture is a remarkable one. Let me restate here that the Muslim community remains an integral part of my administration and that i would do everything possible to uplift the mosque to ensure a more conducive praying center for all." "We will not relent in our support for the mosque and Muslims in general."



The guest lecturer, Sheikh Iman Salman A.K, spoke on the topic "Social Vices!" Islam!  "A Way Out."


He charged everyone present to be cautious of Allah in whatever they do, as he said only the fear of Allah can bring everlasting succor to all.



The guest lecturer also charges everyone to abstain from all sorts of social vices like indecent dress, smoking, gambling, and adultery, amongst others.

Breaking: JAMB releases 2024 UTME results

  The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has released the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME results. Over 1.94 million candidates registered and sat the examination in 118 towns and over 700 centres across the country. The Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede announced the release of the results at a press conference held at the board’s headquarters, Bwari, in Abuja on Monday.
