URGENT MESSAGE FROM HON. ISMAIL MONSURU AKINLOYE, EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF EREDO LCDA

Dear Resilient Citizens of Eredo LCDA,

I trust this message finds you safe and in good health amidst the heavy rains we're currently experiencing. It is during times like these that our unity and vigilance as a community are of paramount importance.

As the rain pours down, it brings with it the potential for flooding, a challenge faced by some parts of our great state. Together, we can take proactive steps to ensure our community remains safe and secure.

I implore each and every one of you to be mindful of how we dispose of our waste. Let us refrain from tossing garbage into the water drainage systems. This seemingly small act can lead to significant consequences, causing blockages that exacerbate flooding in our area.

Additionally, if you come across any blocked or damaged drainage points, please do not hesitate to inform the appropriate authorities promptly. Your vigilance can make a world of difference in preventing potential flooding issues.

Now, more than ever, let us stand together, showing the strength and unity that define our community. By acting responsibly and looking out for one another, we can weather this storm and emerge stronger.

I have complete confidence in our collective resilience and determination. Together, we can overcome any challenge that comes our way.

Thank you for your cooperation and unwavering commitment to the safety of our beloved community.

Warm regards,

~Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye

  Executive Chairman,

  Eredo LCDA, Lagos State.
