EREDO LCDA BOSS, PROMISES MORE DEVELOPMENT IN THE COMING MONTHS




Today, at his residence, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, the Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, addressed the press to discuss the promising future developmental plans for the community. He assured the press that significant progress is on the horizon, with various projects set to launch in the coming months. Hon. Akinloye emphasised his dedication to improving the LCDA and highlighted the importance of collaboration with community leaders, noting that their cooperation is essential for the success of these initiatives.


One of the key projects mentioned was the "Light Up Eredo" initiative. Hon. Akinloye confirmed that the first phase of this project would be completed before the upcoming Eid festival. This initiative aims to enhance the community’s infrastructure by ensuring adequate street lighting, thereby improving safety and quality of life for the residents.


Hon. Akinloye also highlighted several significant achievements his administration has accomplished in the last three months:


• Construction of the perimeter fence for three public primary schools.


• Ongoing construction of a three-block, three-classroom building at UPE Primary School, Odogbawojo.


• Comprehensive renovation of the council nurse quarters.


• Renovation of part of Poka PHC


• Purchase of three transformers


• Construction of four boreholes


• Ongoing road construction on Lawal Street, OdoMola


• Food palliative for 3,000 residents 


• #20,000 cash palliative for 1,000 residents 


When asked about his ambitions for a second term, Hon. Akinloye responded, "The people of Eredo LCDA will decide through my achievements." This statement reflects his commitment to letting his work speak for itself and allowing the residents to judge his performance based on the tangible improvements within the community.


The Executive Chairman’s remarks underline his dedication to the continuous development of Eredo LCDA and his belief in the power of collective effort. The community can look forward to significant advancements as these plans come to fruition.

Breaking: JAMB releases 2024 UTME results

  The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has released the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME results. Over 1.94 million candidates registered and sat the examination in 118 towns and over 700 centres across the country. The Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede announced the release of the results at a press conference held at the board’s headquarters, Bwari, in Abuja on Monday.
