ODOMOLA YOUTH UNITE IN SUPPORT OF HON. AKINLOYE'S RE-ELECTION: TEAM AKINLOYE ILERI-OLUWA TRIUMPHS IN SOLIDARITY FOOTBALL COMPETITION






The OdoMola Youth for Ileri-Oluwa football competition, organized by the OdoMola Youth Forum, has successfully concluded, showcasing the unwavering solidarity of the OdoMola youth towards the re-election of Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, the executive chairman of Eredo LCDA.



The intense yet spirited competition saw Team Akinloye Ileri-Oluwa emerge as champions, while Team Oba Sulaiman Adeshina Omola secured second place, and Team OdoMola Home Base Youths finished in third position. The event, marked by a show of unity and sportsmanship, witnessed an enthusiastic turnout.



Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, who graced the final match, expressed his deep appreciation to the OdoMola youth for their continuous support and active involvement in community activities. He assured them of his ongoing commitment to their welfare, promising to continue offering his full support in all their future endeavors.


His Royal Majesty, Oba Sulaiman Adeshina Adebowale, the Omola of OdoMola, emphasized the importance of unity among the youth, noting how competitions like this help foster strong community ties. He expressed gratitude for their consistent support and encouraged them to remain united for the collective progress of OdoMola.


Alhaji Shakiru Omotayo, the Baba Adinni of OdoMola Central Mosque, also addressed the gathering, assuring the youth of the unwavering backing of all sons and daughters of OdoMola, promising them consistent support whenever needed.



The chairman of the OdoMola Youth Forum, Comrade Ismaila Olabode, during his vote of thanks, appreciated the dignitaries, led by Oba Sulaiman Adeshina Adebowale, for honoring their invitation. He further urged the youth to shun all forms of negative vices, such as drug abuse, child molestation, and other criminal activities, while continuing to contribute positively to the growth of the community.



This competition not only celebrated football but also reaffirmed the unity, resilience, and community spirit of the youth of OdoMola.

  The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has released the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME results. Over 1.94 million candidates registered and sat the examination in 118 towns and over 700 centres across the country. The Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede announced the release of the results at a press conference held at the board’s headquarters, Bwari, in Abuja on Monday.
