EPE FRONTIERS SPREAD LOVE AND GENEROSITY IN EREDO LCDA


On Friday, 15th of August, 2025, the spirit of kindness and communal love was on full display in Eredo LCDA as the Epe Frontiers in Eredo, led by Hon. Sabiu Adelaja, under the distinguished leadership of Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu, The Apase of Epe Land, extended a remarkable gesture of generosity to members of our community.



In this impactful outreach, 50 beneficiaries across Eredo LCDA received financial support, with each person empowered with a token of ₦10,000. This act of benevolence once again underscores the passion of the Epe Frontiers for uplifting lives and supporting humanity.

During the program, Hon. Sabiu Adelaja commended Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu for his tireless acts of kindness and unwavering dedication to humanity. He assured residents that this is only the beginning, as the Epe Frontiers, Eredo LCDA Caucus will soon roll out more developmental and life-changing programs.

Also speaking at the event, the General Coordinator of Epe Frontiers in Epe Federal Constituency, Hon. Shakiru Adebanjo Johnbull, described the initiative as a true reflection of generosity and selflessness, noting that the program is designed to bring hope to the people and strengthen the bond between leadership and the grassroots.



Representing the Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, the Vice Chairman, Hon. Lateef Adesanya, expressed heartfelt appreciation to Epe Frontiers and particularly to Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu for their continuous benevolence towards the people of Eredo. He further assured that Eredo LCDA will always give its total support to such noble initiatives that promote the welfare of the people and the progress of the community.



This remarkable act once again demonstrates that when leadership meets compassion, communities thrive and lives are transformed.

Suspected Kidnapper Disguised as Lunatic Arrested in Epe.

Operatives of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC), Epe Command, have arrested a suspected kidnapper who had been disguising as a mentally ill person to evade detection. The suspect, identified as Mr. Godwin, a native of Ughelli Local Government Area in Delta State, had been under close surveillance for over a month following intelligence reports and concerns raised by residents. Community members reported that Mr. Godwin often made suspicious late-night phone calls and changed clothes discreetly each morning. He frequently took shelter in an abandoned security building along Lagos Road, near the T-junction. On May 5, during a routine patrol, officers were informed by residents that the suspect was temporarily absent from the area. Acting swiftly, the patrol team searched the structure and discovered 27 registered SIM cards concealed within a section of a block wall.
