This lady you see here committed an abomination last night in Likomba, Tiko. Despite having a newborn baby of months old in hand, she wanted to go clubbing with friends. The innocent child was the only thing standing in her way as she couldn't take him to the club. So what did this girl do? She decided to give him tra@madol so he can fall deep asleep. This way she can go party with her friends. She gave her the tr@madol and locked the baby inside the house. She returned home this morning only to find out the baby died as a result of the hard drxg she gave him 😢 Likomba inhabitants descended on her and got her well be@ten. Forces of law and order intervened and as of now the girl is under detention. The baby has been buried. May the soul of the innocent baby rest in peace.

Today, I joined our amiable governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu in welcoming the *President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, to Imota for the commissioning of Lagos Rice Mill. Lagos made history today with the grand commissioning of the largest Rice Mill in Africa and the third largest in the world. The 32 metric tonnes per hour rice mill has a capacity to produce 2.8 million bags of 50kg bags of rice yearly.   Officers of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) in Lagos State Police Command have rescued three girls from prostitution they were forced into at Itamaga area of Ikorodu. The victims are Deborah, aged 12; Bright, aged 13 and Saviour, aged 14 (surnames withheld). Disclosing this in a statement Friday, January 13, 2023, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, SP Benjamin Hundeyin said that the girls were rescued on January 8 at about 6am when a patrol team noticed their suspicious movements within the area. He said that when the girls were questioned, they revealed that they were fleeing the custody of a mistress who brought them from Akwa Ibom State for employment in Lagos, only to be locked in a hotel and starved for days as a means to force them into accepting prostitution. The mistress was said to have fled and is currently at large. The PPRO however said that contact had been established with the victims’ families. The Legislator representing Epe Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives and Chairman, House Services Committee, Rep. Wale Raji is set to deliver a 22000 litres water project in Iraye Community. Speaking through his Senior Legislative Aide on Projects and Special Duties (Otunba Wale Olusesi) at the site of the project today in Iraye, Rep.
